Palin makes first stop in West Virginia a brief one

Republican Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin made a pit stop in West Virginia on her way to battleground state Ohio.

The Alaska governor and her family spent about 25 minutes in the state Sunday as their two-engine plane touched down at Tri-State Airport in Kenova. She made no remarks.

You know, I've not met a single WV woman (other than my Mother and she'd be voting for anything in Red) who has anything good to say about Palin. They either think she's a brainless bimbo or being used by men for the Good Of The Cause.

I think my Sister is mad at me (again) because I slammed Palin the last time we talked. Her and Palin have a lot in common, so it doesn't surprise me.

Ooops.

Well. I'll give you a hint. She married a man from Lincoln County and now lives there. He's a real good guy, but we are on opposite ends of the political spectrum.

Just an interesting tidbit to throw in the mix, the previous poll did in VW was on Sep 15 and it was McCain +4, CNN has McCain up 4 points around the same time. Something in it??? Bill Clinton said he was going to Virginia today, maybe he'll stop off in west virginia too....

Clinton HAS been to WV - to campaign for HRC. He was in Parkersburg, Charleston and Morgantown.

I don't think he arrives anywhere unannounced.
