Hi all! my fiancee is in washington now and were planning to send the I-129f package hopefully end of this month or next month. i just wanna ask since ill be sending to him the biographical information that i need to affix my signature, what are the other papers that needs my signature aside from the biographical information? and also i saw on the visa guidelines thats theres a letter of intent to marry... should i also make that? pls help me on the papers thats needs my signature coz ill be sending these papers to my fiancee to complete his I-129f package. what else should i send him?

another thing, my fiancee is kinda confused like for the affidavit of support? it says there that bank statement, assets, employment... does he needs to present all of this as his support? like he's kinda confuse about the bank statement... does he really need to open a bank account or really have money on the bank? tho he's working now, plus he has assets but he doesnt have money on his bank anymore shince he's paying it directly to his credit card. would it be ok to just present employment records and assets? pls help me on this. we don't have knowledge on this yet.

oh, last thing :unsure: my fiancee doesnt have the original birth certificate, tho he has and that's in Thai... does he need also to send it in the package. coz it says in the guidelines that he can present birth certificate or passport or certificate of naturalization. should he needs to present all? he's working on getting the original copy to Thailand and have it translated here but it takes time probably months. do we need to include he's birth certificate then? or can be just passport and certificate of naturalization?

huhuhu.. pls. help :crying::unsure:

Thank you so much and God Bless us all!

Hello! Ok, so first of all, the documents that need your signature are G-325 form (biographical information), all 4 pages, and your letter of intent to marry him...everything else needs to be signed by him...if u have been married before remember to send him a certificate and translated copy of your divorce decree as well...

About the affidavit of support, you won't need it untill the interview stage...along with it u need to prove he can support you in the States so if he works, he should get a letter from his employer and copies of his pay packets and taxes...i don't think a banks account is necessary but he needs to submits as many proofs as he can to show he can support you and that he makes 125% over poverty line...

ABout your last doubt I think he should send both the birth certificate and the certificate of naturalization...but i'm not sure abou it hopefully somebody else will help u out with it! Anyways I hope u guys will fill out soon!! Good luck!!
