I just received my approval letter yesterday and thanks goodness :dance: . To all New York filers, yours is next!!!!!

12/10/07 - Filed to Remove Conditions, via USPS to VSC

12/20/07 - Check cashed

12/20/07 - NOA1 recieved

12/23/07 - Another NOA1 recieved

02/28/08 - Biometrics Appointment Received

03/12/08 - Biometrics

10/11/08 - Received Approval Letter Dated 10/07/08

congratulations :thumbs: ..we sent Richard's on exactly the same day..and I just checked..not even a touch :crying: and lots of folks behind us not approved... not sure what's going on but I hope we get our approvals pronto now that it's too late for people to register to vote.

After such a long 10 month wait, you deserve it! It's good to know that the VSC is doing something, even if it takes a long long time. Too bad though, you couldn't get a refund for the I-751, as you only have the 10yr card for a short time now.

Lol..As a New York State filer, I wish mine was next, but of course, I still have to wait my turn for another 9 months...

Oh well, onto the next stage of citizenship for you, Donieca!

Good luck too on your Citizenship application and the rest of your immigration journey!
