You have absolutely no background information on the OP's circumstances. It is up to USCIS to make that decision..... using all the information THEY receive. Information which you do not have. That is judgemental.

again I will post

I am currently researching on other ways where I can get a USA Green Card and I wish to ask a question.

He wants a green card:)

I am sorry.

my choice of words was wrong.

as with my 2nd posting.

If the marrage is a bonified marrage based on love and that me and my girl are to live together 'forever'

would this be a good case for the K1 visa?

I think the reason that some of us have got so upset, is in your first post it seemed that you were just looking at the K1 route as a means of obtaining a green card

If you legitimately fell in love and wanted to marry then yes, this would be a case for K1

However I would think that you would need an attorney to help with your application as you have already had your mother apply for a green card for you, and therefore the USCIS would look into your case to ensure that you were not just applying for the K1 for the green card.

And to reply to your other post, I did infact meet my fiance 2 years ago online

Posted

yes K1 if not married, K3 or CR1/IRI if married - and yes with the internet today alot of mates meet online- but you have to know where you are with the other application that has been filed for you.

I am currently researching on other ways where I can get a USA Green Card and I wish to ask a question.

For example, if after knowing an American girl for some time, and she decides to marry me, I understand I can apply for a 2 year conditional green card via a K1 visa.

in this situation, what will happen to my mother's application for me?

Can I apply for my conditional Green Card first via K1 visa and after my piority date becomes current, I do an AOS via my mother's application?

how does it work?

What country are you in? Seems you just want to use a girlfriend to get into the U.S. and then drop her after you get the green card. That is fraud.

Stop with the judgements people.

Funkycatspangky, the forms require you to enter the information of any other immigration-related applications. You cannot come in on one visa and adjust status using another. I'm going to move your thread to a forum which fits better with your circumstance and where you may get some answers.

And that would be the "Fraud Forum"?

Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented immigrant" is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensedregistered pharmacist". (because somebody gives a damn)

Love comes unexpectedly don't think you can look for love? I sure wasn't looking when I met my husband online 3 years ago and I sure wasn't looking to spend thousands just to be together.

You can't make yourself or anyone else in that matter fall in love/in love with you just because they're from the US.

think this question shouldn't have been asked. and if you did fall in love with a USC then it'd be looked into after love and not because you want a green card.
