NBI CLEARANCE with "no criminal record"

I was interviewed last September 10, 2008. I was given a pink and a white slip due to the required explanation letter from the NBI if such annotation of "no criminal record" indicated in the clearance. But i was already asked by the consul to pay the delbros 250.00php for the visa delivery since i was also told that "my visa is approved" and i just have to wait for the explanation letter before the issuance of the visa. I even provided the CO my court clearance " No case filed in court" during the interview. I called up the NBI office to follow up said requirement and they informed me that they already got the request last september 19 from the USEM and likewise the embassy picked it up last september 26,2008. (the embassy forward the request to the NBI every friday and picks it up also the following friday). After the embassy got the explanation letter, i do not have any further idea what will come next, i'm just hoping they will already release my visa. In case there's anyone else out there with same case as mine, i will deeply appreciate it if you could share your own experience and how long did it take to receive the visa.

On average, visas are released after a month if there are other documentary requirements as indicated in the white slip.

there has been nothing further indicated in the white slip exept "wait until you hear from us". kindly post your own experience same as mine, how long did it take to receive the visa after the USEM receives the explanation letter from the NBI?
