I filled up my DS 157 Supplemental Form handwritten , and now I made a mistake again. I wrote there that i worked until february 2006 but then october 2005 i was already in the Philippines. And the problem is i cant change it anymore because it was in this form that my payment for the visa is verified. Am I going to be in trouble now?

my husband also made a mistake in answering a form, but it was the affidavit of support. what we did was during my interview, i brought the copy of the wrong form and a copy of the corrected form, i also brought supporting documents about the correction. at the pre-screening, i explained the situation to the pre-screener and submitted the correct form.

don't worry, as long as you're being honest and you have proofs.
