I was just searching some topics and came across someone who filed their papers to the CVS in October 2008 and received their NOA2 this morning....73 days after filing only!

So keep your fingers crossed, you may just get a early xmas/new years gift

On the plus side, there have been a few October filers that have been approved now based on the timeline info from Igor. Looks like some of us are slipping in early

Hmm, I just checked Igor's list and I didn't see anybody with NOA2 that had an NOA1 date of later than 9/8. Are you sure about October approvals?

He is talking about October 2008 it seems, but I don't see any Oct 2008 approvals on Igor's list.

She not he, and it wasn't Igor's List I saw it on, it was one of the time line graphs. However, thinking back, it might not have been an accurate one as it was being shown as a "what do you think of this idea" kind of things. I just remember seeing what appeared to be around 5 or so October approvals on the graph. I apologize for the confusion.

yea my bad too. it came up as a new post for some reason so i didnt even think to look at the date it was posted. my bad everyone.

hey guys...im a sept. filer...so maybe i'm not allowed here...

but i did see some october filers approved

this is the new igor's list (generated from the VJ website)

if you change the filters to show 'approved petitions' and scroll down to october, i believe there are already three that have been approved (i think they were expedited) but it's still good news, right?!
