The new G1 is crazy cool and super easy... out of the box i had 60% charge and was already downloading widgets.

full easy keyboard responisve touch screen, and track ball wow! I sound like a commercial but with the gps and google maps i will never be lost.

you folks have got to check it out!

My wife's been wanting the iPhone, but I have a colleague at work that I carpool with...he owns the new iPod Touch, which has all the cool features of the iPhone without the phone or having to sign a 2 year contract with AT &T. It uses WiFi so you can connect to the internet without added monthly costs. :)

the data plan for the g1 saves $180 over the at&t plan over the course of the year

You're talking about $40 - $99/month for iPhone data plans. That's like, by itself, phone/DSL, and maybe throw a normal wireless plan on top of it. For me that's just way too much unless I used my iPhone like 5+ hours a day.

I just got the iphone and I love it. T-Mobile doesn't have a signal out on the site I work on. But ATT has a very strong signal so that's why I went with ATT.

Do they force a data plan on you? And how much, if so?

$30/month

I have a family plan so it's the FP rate plus $30. I don't think they force it but the phone wouldn't be very good without it. IMHO. I get a 15% discount off the plan through work too.

Stylus sticks aren't worth it I feel. I do have one, it was fun for a couple fo weeks but I got back to using my fingers.

How popular is Nokia in US? I love Nokia phones, they are pretty user friendly IMO.

The genuine Nokia N82 does not have touchscreen unless you meant typing through its keypad.

I like the G1 phone but I already have an iPhone 3G. I'm using my T-Mobile simcard with unlock sim adapter on it. At first, it was hard for me to write SMS but after a few days, I got used to it.

Before, I only like to use Nokia phones. Then when I moved here in the US, I bought a Sony Ericsson W800i phone which changed my mind in using phones other than Nokia. I like it better than Nokia phones because it has better music player and camera. Now, I like iPhone the best. It's like a mini pocket PC!

When they design a touchscreen that doesn't show fingerprints so easily, then I'll get one. I can't stand how messy they wind up looking

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Very cool.... my daughters both have touch phones... does the film change the pressure required to navigate the touch screen?

Zagg is an awesome product.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.
