Bridget, I'm so sorry you're so sick! I don't get why they would call that elective surgery either. But you are definitely blessed to have such a loving and wonderful husband to care for you. It seems like everyone is having gallbladder problems these days. I wonder what the common thread is there?

ACK! My dentist referred me to an Endodontist today and I just now looked up what they do - root canals! I need a root canal!? Nooooo :crying:

I'm such a wussy when it comes to things like that :unsure:

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!

Ok so I went to get the percoset and I had to come on and tell everyone here how much I love them. I was thinking as I was cooking dinner (I sauteed some chicken thighs with Pam olive oil, cardamon, salt, pepper, onions, peppers and some adobe peppers and then tossed in 2 cups of chicken broth and a cup of rice and it's simmering now) that this is the most supportive loving group of women (and sometimes men) that I've ever been blessed to know. Sure we fight sometimes but doesn't any family?

BTW, speaking of dinner, I decided to add some shrimp to my squash & eggplant casserole (along w/ a little cheese & bread crumbs). It smells delicious. I just made the cole slaw and now I will steam the corn. As soon as it's all ready, I'll bring some over to my dad since he's by himself for the next 10 days. My mom & her best friend went to NY to babysit my sister's kids while my sis & her hubby go on vacation. :star:

Good morning everyone. It feels good to come back here and start reading again. I'm sad to say that 4 armed intruders came into our home last month (while we were in the home) and stole everything that was of value to us, including computers and my bag which had all my immigration papers and our ids passports etc. During the whole thing they hurt my son and husband, but alhamdulillah they're healed by now. The worst thing is that they stole my sense of comfort and safety. But I'm trying to work on that and trying not to be so edgey about anybody walking up or down the street. Everything happens for a reason and this whole ordeal brought EVERYONE in my family closer together so alhamdulillah about that.

I missed everyone I know from the forum and I welcome everyone new. :luv: May God bless you all. I have alot of catching up to do.

Thank you Jennifer (aj1) for your prayers and offline messages, I love you so much my beautiful sister :luv: . And I'm wishing everyone a great weekend.

Bridget , I dont have stones, Mine is just sluggy, like kind of not working all the way, so occasionaly i eat something that it cant really break down and thats when it boithers me...

today was such a fun day, zaid was a hit at jcpenney this morning , he smiled for every pose. and we had a great time at the pumpkin patch.. it was extremely hot and we were all over dressed so it kinda sucked but we managed.

cookin some kabob for dinner and pumpkin pie for dessert...mmm

Bridget i too have a marble sac. i cant wait to get it out cause seriousllllly even fat free foods are still sending me into fits! i really cant take it much longer!! i hope you can get an appt to get it out soon!!!
