hi everyone....

I am not a sure about a few things right now we are in the process of our k1 visa we have sent the I 129 packet off and recieved a letter stating that they have got our application....

1.Is it possible to change the address of my fiance and if so how can I do that? He is moving on the first of november so the address that I have him down for will be different !

2. He has booked a flight to new york for 3 weeks during the holidays.. I asked if this was allowed and many people said yes but is there a chance of him getting denied entry? and if that happens will that affect of visa process?

3. We sent the application at the start of July and received the NOA1 I think.. a letter that basically just says we have received your application but thats it.. so about How much longer til the next step?

thanks for you time and help!

chelsea/kevin!

1) Yes, but I would wait until his case is in London

2) Yes, No

3) Fill in a VJ timeline and it will give you a range that is as good a guess as anything else
