I was arrested about 7 months ago for lying to the cops :(. I was caught in a park with several of my friends who had marijuana on them and who had a bong in my car. I was not smoking weed at this time and didn't have anything on me at all. The court process was very quick. I pleaded guilty to charges of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespassing and a week later the charges were drop due to the cops having no probable cause. Will this affect anything in the process?

Also, will drug use on my part affect it at all either? I'm in the U.S.

Are you the USC? If you are, have you had more than 3 alcohol or drug related convictions in your life? If you have not, don't worry about it. See Part C, question 2 on the I-129F form.

Yeah good point. What are you applying for? I assumed it was K-3, since it was in the K-3 forum. Probably shouldn't assume that.

lol sorry. I'm the U.S. citizen and my spouse is from thailand. I'm doing the K-3 process and I was just wondering if I have to submit documents about my arrest and what will happen during the medical test.

Look on the I-129F... If your conviction fits the parameters of the questions asked, then you will.....

What medical test? The USC will have no "stinking" medical test.....
