I can't stand the putz, but he HAS caused Indiana to have a multi-million dollar surplus after inheriting a multi-million dollar deficit. I'll give him that.

Joe Kernan was my boss, and Frank O'Bannon before him. I liked them; although I didn't agree with some of O'Bannon's proposals. Mitch just has that I'm-a-millionaire-I'm-better-than-you air about him.
