I think I haven`t seen one I-130 approval from VSC in 2 weeks!!!! :crying: What is wrong now??? All actions stopped at the beginning of march filers!

What a f### is wrong with VSC???

02/14/2008 Valentine`s Day Wedding!

AOS

04/09/2008 I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

05/03/2008 call to USCIS because NOA1 not received ;( Got the receipt number and was told that we cannot get replacement NOA1.

08/21/2008 request for NOA1 for I-130 to file AOS placed over the phone and forwarded to VSC. Thanks to the first great Rep at USCIS hotline

10/17/2008 Hubby`s B-day, NOA1 for I-130 finally arrives!

10/21/2008 AOS sent to Chicago lockbox

10/31/2008 NOAs for AOS received

11/06/2008 I-130 is transferred to CSC

11/20/2008 biometrics done

12/02/2008 I-130 APPROVED!!!

01/02/2009 EAD received

02/12/2009 Interview APPROVED!!!

02/17/2009 welcome letter received

02/23/2009 GC received!!! yay!!!

Even CSC......I don't think we have seen any approvals......at this new letter that they have put on the USICS site has got me more worried.....

So do I. It really sucks that there has been almost no activity. This really makes me lose my hopes with being very close to what they are processing...

I-130

02/06/2008. Mailed I-130 to Chicago Lockbox

02/08/2008. I-130 delivered to Chicago Lockbox. Signed by V BUSTAMANTE

02/20/2008. I-130 NOA1 date. Vermont Service Center

08/26/2008. Touched. (I-130 transferred to California Service Center)

08/27/2008. Touched.

08/28/2008. Touched. (This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred)

08/29/2008. Touched.

09/26/2008. Touched.

09/27/2008. Touched.

10/16/2008. Touched.

Check out the processing dates on USICS site....they have put this huge letter on top of processing dates " JUstifying" the delay in processing and sort of saying why VSC is nt approving.....

Jan.6,2010- Mailed to South Dearborn Chicago via Fedex overnight delivery

Jan.7,2010- AOS packet received signed by Chyba

Jan.10,2010- Notice receipt from USCIS

Jan.13,2010- check has been cashed

Jan.14,2010- NOA1 received (hard copy)

Jan.23,2010- Biometrics Appt.received in the mail dated Jan.14,2010

Feb. 1, 2010- Biometrics appointment at 8a.m.

Feb.9,2010 - touched

March 2,2010- AP approved

March 9,2010- Hard copy received

March 12, 2010- I-485 receipt notice for interview

March 18,2010- received letter for initial interview

April 19, 2010- 8 :15 A.M INTERVIEW DATE ( APPROVED 5min.Interview)

APRIL 20, 2010- USCIS website updated card production ordered

This visa thing is making me depress. I just couldn't stop thinking about it. I even had a dream about it last night, wish it was real though. :) It is pretty sad that my daughter does not have daddy to play with now.

The US government has decided to outsource all the work of USCIS to China.

US is melting down due to the credit crunch. Banks are no longer giving lones to other banks.

The reveres happened at USCIS. The sister VSC was falling behing because some bad lones it gave to H1B (outsourcing agaents) and forgot to take care of it's own babies (CR1/IR1/K-3,K-1).

VSC start melting and asked brother CSC to take care of the babies. But by that time the bad loan virus was transfered to CSC and made it sick. Now both brother and sister need help which mother (DOS) can not provide. The father (USG) has no money to take care of the family and decided to call the healthy bank (China) for help.

All the processing of I-130 will be done in Shanghai from now on.

Current satus: case has been tranferred and now pending in another office.

Somewhere on the way to your happyness we have transferred your case to China where it is now pending. We mailed you a notice describing how we will never process your case. If you have any questions or concerns please call our toll-free line. Good luck with your marriage.
