After promising myself this morning I wouldn't stalk my inbox or the USCIS site today as I've been doing over the past month, I couldn't resist and just checked my email and saw this and swallowed my gum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just got e-mail notification at 12:45 PM 25 Feb 2009 !!! We were only touched this morning .... and approved this afternoon .. I guess the four pounds of paper work I sent VSC paid off ???

So Happy I CRIED !! Called Anya at Mid-Night her time to tell her the GREAt NEWS !! just toooooo HAPPY ! Dont think she will sleep tonight !!

God is Good !!

I thought I'd let you guys know that I called NVC today, and only after four days of having received my approval they have forwarded the case to the sydney consulate!! I am so excited!!

Hope you guys see more approvals soon!!

Hi DavChels I can feel your pain....I am in the same boat as you...still didn't get anything yet even though I have received the first NOA exactly the same time with some of those ones who received their approval yesterday....It is not easy ...I really hope and pray that our turn will come soon...

I'm right with you. Seeing everyone around us get approved while we still sit 'on a shelf' is a bit disheartening. Still though, we are hopeful for this week.

?? Looking toward NVC do We have to call them for status or do they also send e-mail notifications ??

You have to call, K! is not in the automated system.

No they do not send email notifications.
