CONGRATULATIONS Laura and Tom as well as ALL October Filers... !!! :dance:

Just got back from Visiting Anya in Tashkent for two weeks :innocent: !! and have been busy (still am) with 2009 Budget Meetings with My work Ownership, but have been seeing ALL the Happy Faces and Dances for the October 08 VSC Filers!! :thumbs:

I must say I'm getting nervous not being touch and all with everyone around my date having activity :unsure: ... Just Hoping and Praying that Our File gets picked up soon and that VSC keeps pumping out the NAO2's !

Again CONGRATS to ALL You NAO2 recievers and Nothing but Hope and Prayers for Those of Us Waiting.... :D

If you look at these two links then it will tell you what to do next.

In a couple of days you call call NVC to see if they have received your case, then if you call a few days after that they should be able to tell you if it's been sent to the embassy or not.

haha i'm feeling like im the only one that hasnt got my noa2 yet here, though i know im not.. :)

7/31/2008 - Sended I-129F to VSC (lost in mail).

9/24/2008 - Resended I-129F to VSC (*sigh* lost again).

10/30/2008 - Resended again I-129F to VSC.

11/11/2008 - NOA1

03/09/2009 - RFE received

03/11/2009 - Returned RFE

05/23/2009 - Recieved 2nd RFE

08/05/2009 - Denied. Besides that he turns out to be a total jerk. Case ended.
