Also, there is a way to semi-track your package on DHL by reference number once you know it has been shipped out.

How can i track the package? where can i get the reference number?

When i was talking with NVC as soon as she gave the info about the package already left for manila i said thank you and hung up hahaha should i ask for the reference number also? got so excited knowing it left for the philippines already hahaha

You can't track your specific package but you can track all the ones going to Manila. I'll see if i can find how you do it.

It is kind-of a guesstimation.

I followed the directions there for "reference number tracking" ~ you may have to play around with the ship pickup dates.

I dont think nvc gives out this info.

Yes I have. Or my fiance did when he was here last christmas.. We got told that we were in the system and everything was fine, but they dont know why our case number dosnt work.. oh well as long as we are in the system its fine

I got an email this morning that our I-129F petition has been approved! WOOOHOOO! The date that they received the petition in the VSC was October 29th 2008. Now it's a question of getting all of the req'd materials together for the interview.

Edit: My file was never "touched".

Felicidades! I was just looking at your profile because I saw you were approved yesterday! That is the same NOA1 date as us and we have been touched yesterday and today, so I'm hoping for an approval soon!!!

You'll get there soon, I'd think in the next couple of days (fingers crossed)! I received the email this morning but it was sent last night, which is why I put on my timeline that the NOA2 is dated as of yesterday. Suerte!

The Ninja ...nothing and then Bam! There it is your approval in your face, no warning, after waiting months.

I think I will get the Ninja treatment. Just a feeling.
