Hi thought I would just let everyone know I got approved on Feb 17, 2009. I just found out. I'm so excited, this is awesome hope that things go well for all other october filers. Yay were almost there!!!

I GOT TOUCHED TOO!!!! OMG our first touch since 10/29 I'm soooo excited!!! At least now I know it's not lost or still in a box somewhere. Wow I am so nervous I am literally shaking!!!

I just got back from Spanish class and I see that everyone is getting touched. Good Luck! No approvals for the 19th but it sounds like a lot of behind the scene action is going on.

If I am understanding correctly, your touches indicate that your file has been moved. It's likely an adjudicator finished up with that previous box of October filers (from the first of October through Nov 11th) and has picked up the next one, which includes both Laura and DavChels. I bet the two of you shall be adjudicated within a day of each other. My only hope is that there is another adjudicator coming along to pick up my box too!

Interesting and if possible, please everyone let us know if you've received any touches online. This could be a further help in allowing people to understand this non-linear process taking place.

I just got back from Spanish class and I see that everyone is getting touched. Good Luck! No approvals for the 19th but it sounds like a lot of behind the scene action is going on.

Yea, not sure what's up with that - no approvals yet. Maybe a bunch of us will be getting RFEs, but hopefully not! Or maybe they are just working late today. As someone else said and I have read on other topics here on VJ that they can sometimes work from home and pick their own schedules within reason, so maybe some are working til 6 or 7 EST today!?!?!

There's also now 9 approved from 2/17 anyone know who added?
