Ugh...has anyone seen any october approvals today... :ranting:

I am so impatient!

there are a lot of aug and sept fillers still waiting who have waited longer and are equally as impatient, ive found its easier to hope for the patience to get thru this then hoping for the approval.

Yeah we know but we can only hope.

Now, a little while ago someone started a thread about 'why all the fuss about getting your NOA2', I can't remember who they were but if they were in our shoes now they may realise it was a bit of a daft question. Its an enormous milestone that puts peoples minds at rest, albeit until the interview.

I think we should make an excuse to celebrate each stage! I hope you get yours soon, I've been following some of your posts.

Thanks, you too! Now, yesterday or the day before (I can't remember, the days are starting to merge into one as I sink deeper into My Obsession!!) I rang UCSIS, I knew it would be fruitless but I was at that stage you know...desperate! So I rang and of the many things she said that i found either hilarious or interesting was this gem....I can see you have been appointed an officer??!! What dies this mean anyone? Are we all appointed officers right from the start or does that mean somehow I have made progress without being 'touched' and may at some point in the not-to-distant future going to hear something? Anyone know at what stage you are appointed an officer?

I would assume that instead of your case being in a box somewhere that it has been given to an officer to look at.

Thats what I was hoping it meant...but no touches, no emails, nowt.

Well maybe it's sat on their desk at the moment. Some people go through the whole process without a touch, shows how dodgy the online system is.
