October 08 K1 Filers

I am so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, i been reading this post multiple times every day, hopping to see more and more people from october approved, i just got an email with NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, my NOA1 was dated on OCT 1st, this is the best day for it to be approved, my fiance's birthday is today, what a gift this is, i can tell you that you guys are the first to know, i havent told anyone yet.

Thanks for your support and comments all this time, visajourney is teh best tool to be informed. good luck for everybody.

Wow! I am late in the congratulations, but I still wish them. A fellow October filer receiving NOA2 during the week of Valentine's Day. We should have put money on this last week. I am quite happy for the two of you.

Yes congrats to a fellow October filer getting approved! Also if not being touched for months is not a bad thing, then that calms my nerves. For now! 187! moving up the list pretty fast!

before my NOA2 was approved, there were no touchs since they recieved and sent NOA1, so dont worry if you havent seen any, at least for me it went from NOA1 to NOA2 with no touch's in between.

I don't understand why would a I-129F be refiled if you already filed it? I don't know if I'm consider a October filer or September I'm new to this maybe someone can tell me? Congradulations to all of those who got approve May God Bless your on your Journey!

I don't understand why would a I-129F be refiled if you already filed it? I don't know if I'm consider a October filer or September I'm new to this maybe someone can tell me? Congradulations to all of those who got approve May God Bless your on your Journey!

I supposed you could be a bit of both! We filed in September but it didn't arrive at USCIS until 6th October so I consider me an October filer.

Hello and welcome to VJ and especially in the October group! Yup you are at the right place. VJ looks at the date on NOA1. I'm not sure what you mean by your 1st question so I can't help you with it. All I know is that sometimes the petition get lost unfortunately....but if you got your NOA1 chances are that you're right on track! Good luck in your journey!

BTW, are you the one from DR? I'm asking because I worked in Cabrera for 3 months...some of the best times of my life!!

I question you didn't understand was I read someone send in a I-129F petition and didn't receive a response so they filed again and I didn't understand why Thankfully they got a NOA1 sencond time around..Good Luck! No my fiance is the one from Dominican Republic. I was born and raise here in the United States, although I have been to DR many many times I have never been to Cabrera.

Beans, who started the thread, filed in October however apparently they lost her file so she had to refile. I don't it actually reached USCIS so I don't think they cashed the check.

there are a lot of aug and sept fillers still waiting who have waited longer and are equally as impatient, ive found its easier to hope for the patience to get thru this then hoping for the approval.
