October 08 K1 Filers

There could be an October filer approved by expedite. There have also been recently people who claim they were approved in less than 100 days. Without some compelling evidence, I am not apt to believe them: Like anywhere, there are dishonest folk here too.

As of now, no regular October 2008 VSC filers have received NOA2.

But very soon...I feel it in my bones! Or maybe it's just the cold weather mixed with being loca from waiting

Yeah I know what you are saying.. according to Igor's list (oh my gosh, I am actually learning all of this now... lol) there have been 5 approved petitions that have been filed in October with the VSC...

I think some were expedites and the rest may have been lucky. You find there is the odd one that is approved within days of being sent in.

Yeah I read in a very old post from someone who actually worked for USCIS. He said that some petitions are used to train people so they are usually approved very quickly since they are being worked on quickly for pupose of training. But I agree, I don't think any "regular" October petition has been approved yet....but it's coming!!!!

i guess in my case you guys will be the third to know coz i am the beneficiary and of course my fiance would know first and tell me the approval if ever he has any news about it. I will promise to post here as soon as i know i got an approval already. i'm still keeping my fingers crossed and hoping i get an approval by next week if not then the following week hahaha

Lol very true. Of course I would probably tell my parents and/or colleagues first as well!

Well, the good thing is that VSC is speeding up so hopefully we see our petitions being approved soon... thus far it's been August/September filers getting approved... so we are next!
