Finally its my turn to say this:

WE GOT OUR NOA1 :D :D :D :D :D

after 2 lost petitions it finally succed!

7/31/2008 - Sended I-129F to VSC (lost in mail).

9/24/2008 - Resended I-129F to VSC (*sigh* lost again).

10/30/2008 - Resended again I-129F to VSC.

11/11/2008 - NOA1

03/09/2009 - RFE received

03/11/2009 - Returned RFE

05/23/2009 - Recieved 2nd RFE

08/05/2009 - Denied. Besides that he turns out to be a total jerk. Case ended.

SHANIRA CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM SO HAPPY TO FIND OUT OUR CHECK WAS CASHED TODAY TOO AFTER TWO FAILED PETITIONS AHHAHA!!! Just waiting in anticipation for fiance to check the number on the back of the check (he's working right now) so we can keep track of our case...whooohooo :dance::dance:

Congratz MzMo1102, thats so wonderfull for you, your noa1 is just around the corner then :D

I tried to track our case online, but it dosnt work for some reason, maybe it takes some days before it goes into the system?

Otherwise my fiance will call them soon and hear, but it dosnt bother me that much really, i'm just releaved and happy and now i can finally relax after all this time..

NOW the real waiting begins lol..
