Chelsea!! Yeah I am so excited for you! I knew it would go well because as you said you are truly in love and prepared. It sounds like the format for the interview was very similar. What airline did you use? I see your POE is Atlanta so does that mean Delta? Keep us posted! Congrats!!! What does Josue make of it all?

so happy to hear about all the great news! I have some to share as well....we are out of AP at NVC, and they corrected their error so our file is on its way to Montreal as of Monday!! So now we're looking at an end-of-July/August move, since there's about a 4months delay in Montreal for an interview....

I'm going to Albany this week for about 10days, so we'll start to put everything together. I hope they won't give me too much of a hard time at the border!

To all still waiting, I'm sending positive vibes your way and hope you'll be on your way soon!

I have no idea, they have no idea. lol I'm not going to stress until they say it's lost. Otherwise I'm just going to let D of S do their thing.

On a side note I think our case is a bit cursed but thats a whole other thing lol. We haven't gotten too upset with one another regarding their screw ups so I think we'll fair fine.

Julie -- I have seen hopeful signs of Montreal picking up steam. Our Petition was received on the 6th and they mailed packet 3 on the 9th. Others are getting their interviews sooner..hopefully :)

9/24/2008 - Resended I-129F to VSC (*sigh* lost again).

10/30/2008 - Resended again I-129F to VSC.

11/11/2008 - NOA1

03/09/2009 - RFE received

03/11/2009 - Returned RFE

05/23/2009 - Recieved 2nd RFE

08/05/2009 - Denied. Besides that he turns out to be a total jerk. Case ended.
