I saw this cute cottage in the village where I live for rent so I'm going to have a look at it tomorrow after work (see below). I just wish I could talk to Tom about it but we haven't spoken today and all weekend due to various reasons, probably because he wants some space.

Sorry to hear about that. I kind of know how you must feel. Cris is getting a little nervous and says she isn't sure she's going to like living in the US.

On the bright side, we got an interview date and she did say she was excited about that.

There hasn't been a WHOLE lot of movement around here lately, I guess people are in the interim waiting for their interviews.

ThaitoUSA, where are you? Did you finish up your master's classes??????

I am packing, will be leaving to drive to the airport around 1am tomorrow night/Thursday morning, then the interview is on Monday! I'm so ready for this part to be over to bring Josue back with me! Hopefully then we can get the ball rolling on the AOS stuff - so much to do!! Well, guess I should get back to packing. I can waste hours here on VJ!

Thanks guys, and Carmen that's sweet thank you. I'm happy today hehe. I don't care too much if it takes awhile after this part some of the worst is over and for that I'm grateful. I don't know if Jeremy knows yet, I left him a message on Skype..didn't want to wake him up. Well that's a lie, I did want to wake him up but I decided against it.

It's true not much movement here. That's excatly what's happening to us right now: NO MOVEMENT!! We are still stuck in AP at NVC. Seems like the average delay is 50days, so we still have a long wait if it applies to us. I'm secretly hoping a release this week!

I found another family on VJ (Stuck at NVC), but this will always be home!

Our Petition was slow to transition through NVC but has been received in Montreal - I've been hanging out over there on "waiting for an interview in Montreal" hoping that Montreal gains record speed

Hi guys,

seems we are stuck with our petition so far... Got NOA1 on the 16th of October and then... nothing. Not even a touch. Well, yes, there was one when my fiance changed the address. Do you think they could really loose our documents after that?

I'm looking at Igor's list and all those couples who applied in December and have already been approved. Damn! Why did they forget us in the middle of the road, I mean Vermont Who could we write to find out where our documents are? I'm starting to loose my hope

Thanks for all the good wishes, guys! Although none of you technically helped with paperwork, you have all still been an EXCELLENT support system throughout all this and I really feel like I would have struggled through the waiting game a lot more without you all.

Dusseldorf, hope you hear something soon. There are always a few that fall through the cracks, unfortunately, but they will get handled eventually! Check out the 6+ months forum for some extra support, maybe some ideas of who to contact, and most importantly encouragement as there are ones who get their approvals in that forum too!
