VAWA Feb Filers

Is there anyone that filed their I-360 in February 2008 still pending? It's been 8 months since I filed my VAWA and it's still pending, my prima facie was expired in August and they never sent back a renewal? Anyone in the same situation?

send application for extention of your prima-facie along with copy of 1-360.

I fied mine on March,got the renew prima but nothingelse.

I have checke on the website for processing time every month.

did you filed for I 485 together with your I 360?

Could you please let me know if you hear from them ,any news at all.I will be appreciated.

Still haven't heard from them, I didn't file I485 concurrently, my attorney suggested I wait for the approval. But yeah Next month is gonna be a year and I haven't heard from them

I filled in march. My attorney sent the i-360 on march by itself and then he send a new one along with the i-485. (I don't know why he did it) No news from immigration yet
