That is the Alien Registration Number.

If you don't have one you can write: N/A

You should already have one since you are asking about AOS form. Better check your K1 forms, your visa has it too.

Your A# is your "Alien#". If you came over on a K-1, your A# is also listed on the NOA2 approval notice of your I-129F.

On your K1 VISA it says:

VALID THROUGH ddmmmyyyy A(followed by your A number)

The OP is adjusting status from a K-Visa, so they DO have an A#.

LOOK on the I-129F NOA1 letter that you will be sending a copy of to adjust status.
