I actually sit there sometimes wondering what I should update my "status" to on facebook. Like I feel obligated to change it whenever I log in, and I don't know why.

But I'll sit there sometimes for a few minutes going: "Hmm what should I put there?"

I do that too. But it helps that it asks me what I'm doing right now. I use that as a guideline.

Hey! I saw some people who were able to use graphics in their posts.... musical notes and hearts and things. Any idea how they did that? I don't see a toolset and I tried to cut and paste something but it didn't work.

you can also block certain applications from sending you invitations ever again... I love that feature

Hmmm...I think I will do this since I am so sick of my bro and his wife sending me "Pass the Drink" invites. Would it be wrong to block my bro and his wife???

They might have had the Advanced Wall, otherwise, no freaking clue. I've never seen that in a status update. I bet Marilyn will know. She *knows* things.

I deleted this one chick because she kept sending me all this #######... I didn't really know her all that well though.. just someone I was barely aquatiences with back in Canada..

I know when I post something on someones wall I have these options of adding a flower or teddy bear etc.. but It hink it is different applications you have to add...

The Advance wall is an application that may be of interest to you. The FB search is pretty good and easy to use, so maybe start there.

I might have missed this in the thread but there is also a way to make different groups of friends so you can restrict your profile that way - there are people on there that I am friends with that have access to my address and phone number, some that don't, some that can't see my photos etc... you can tailor it to how you want it to be

I must admit I am a facebook junkie - I catch up with all my friends and family on there and it lets me share my photos, post links and let people know what I am up to. I only add people from highschool when I want to be nosy about how young they were when they got knocked up And to find out if people who bullied me are flipping burgers for a living (actually, Jeremy does that so I can't really talk ). But yeah - I just don't add people I don't want to or have no interest in

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh. I didn't know you could do that. Though I did wonder when I saw something whiz by about adding a group and didn't know what it was so I ignored it.

I don't have a page on Facebook but you're all making me wonder about it. Problem is you can't see anything about it without creating an account first.

What I'm wondering about though is where do you find the time to keep up with the forum here, email, your FB account and maybe the other forums you might be a member of? Maybe it's me who takes too much time proofreading myself before I post but I find it takes forever. Luckily I'm not working right now which is why I've been posting so much lately but when I start working again, I don't see when I'll have the time.
