Krikit, I have a facebook account with my real name. The whole point, IMO, is to be able to hook up with friends! I have myseetings so that my profile can't be seen unless I approve a request for someone to be my friend. I joined in July and I love it!!! I have found so many friends from highschool and grammar school that I haven't talked to in over 20 years. I've really enjoyed catching up with them and seeing pics of their kids, where they live, etc.

I never did the myspace thing, but I really enjoy facebook and have become quite addicted. Its probably a good thing that its blocked here at work!!

Yoohoo. Ditto BFF . My account also has my name; and I have reconnected with a lot of folks from even elementary school. I converted my family to join and it is lovely.

all my siblings are on Facebook.. my dad is too but I don't think he ever checks his facebook .....

plus a lot of my cousins are on facebook and I have kind of reconnected with a few people I went to elementary school with..
