Tasha, colds are no fun. Ive been using an aspirator all morning on zaids nose. The funny thing is, most kids hate those things, he doesnt even mind it, he sits there and lets me do it.

Sure, I "spend more money" coz I pay the bills, buy the groceries, allllllll the other stuff necessary for daily living. When he saw that it was all stuff we needed ... that was the end of it lol.

That is soooooooooo freaking funny!!! Malek acts like I am torturing him!!! I use something called little noses or something along that name too when he gets really stuffy. It helps loosen everything!!

Happy Thursday! Slow starting for me. I got all the way to my hubby's job to pick him up at 6 only for him to come out and tell me he had to work til 10. GRRRRRRR, turn back around, go back home, get into bed and wait to fall back asleep. Men!

well, its 7:30 here and Amirah is still asleep! Shes always happy and cute in the morning but it sure is nice to have a quiet cup of coffee and hang with my son for a few minutes befpre he heads out to school. I wish she would always sleep this late instead of bellowing at 6

My sons 13th birthday was Monday and we got him an electric guitar. he is SO thrilled, but he's been telling me all morning about his plans to be the next best guitarist in the world. its pretty cute. I think its good to set him up with a hobby at this age - maybe will help keep him on the right track during the teen years...

anyway - Happy Thursday to all, I hope its a good one for everybody !

Zaid is sick today. So far just a little stuffiness in his nose. Im really afraid he is going to get real sick, and that means we wont be able to go to the pumpkin patch on saturday, and we have a picture appointment at the mall saturday morning. a sick crabby baby wont be good.

I had a dream last night, that we got out interview date and it was Dec 1. Hmm....wonder if my dream is telling me something...haha...

Oh, I got my birdie back home today! I called this morning and they told me she's good to come home. The vet saw me and asked if I was picking up my "little monster" today...LOL. He said that when he checked on her this morning in her incubator, it looked like a tornado went through. Toys and food everywhere and the paper shredded to bits. He figured her normal personality was back to normal, so she was good to come home.

I just came from the dentist and they put spacers in me, I"m getting braces next week But, I do have a great Halloween costume for this year! I'm gonna be Ugly Betty

My brother is now 20 and got his first guitar at 12. He still plays evryday and is actually in the process of forming a band. It kept him out of trouble. The kid never smoked, drank, or did drugs. were quite proud of him . a kid with a passion is less likely to steer int he wrong direction.
