You can buy dollars from any banks they might have different rate but you can compare it.. Try Metrobank, Citibank, BPI even in the Rural bank, they sell dollars.

Guaranteed way to buy is from the banks try also BDO..but buying rates differ with different banks...cant fully trust the black market unless you have a contact

I bought $ inside the boarding area before you get to Immigration.No hassel,they just ask for your passport and sign,that's all.

so far metrobank sells for reasonable amount..
