Hi. My husband has received letter from NVC regarding our I-130. They said that my husband will pay the $70 fee for the form I-864 affidavit of support. But we chose the K3 route because my husband want me to be with him very soon. As of now I am still waiting for letter from US embassy for interview appointment. But he also received letter from NVC about I-130. What should we do? What are the implications? What are your advice?

We want K3 because it CR-1 would take much more time then that will be longer time to wait again before i can be with my husband :(

If the CR-1 is done proberly it is almost a fast as the K3 now. CR-1 is a MUCH< MUCH better visa. Cheaper, LESS stress and hassels plus you will get GC and SSN and be able to work and get a drivers license shortly after arrival in the US. Takes a K3 over 3 months to get SSN. GC can take a LOT longer.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

All correct but if you definitely want the K3, you may simply ignore all correspondence from NVC regarding your I-130, with no consequence.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
