Do i need to have another medical for my I-485 as one of the requirements? how about my medical in St. Luke's? I'm so confused about this... :help:

the medical you had at St. lukes is valid for one year. this needs to be moved to the AOS Forum.

If your St. Lukes medical is less than a year old you only need to get a USCIS desiginated civil surgeon transfer your vaccination records from the DS 3025 you got from SLEC to a DS 693.
