my Husband and I are applying for the K-3 we are getting ready to send in the I-129F, the questions we have are as follows 1. I the petitioner am planning to leave the USA and move to Morocco with my husband after the I-129F is sent we are thinking i can wait there and my daughter will send the receipt letter to me there then we were thinking that my husband can continue his part of the K-3 there and come back together. 2. What steps do we take after the I-129F is received? 3. What papers do i need to bring with me if this is the route we take will there be any problems in doing it this way?? And what is the right address for sending the I-129F from minnesota. Plz help and what does your case may be adjudicated as soon as June mean Thank You!!
