sounds like the A hole has a K3 entry on 2 year visa, and that the OP is interfereing with his conversion to 10 year. she is making his future uncertain in retribution for his earlier behaviour. he can file independently if divorced, or get an extension if not yet divorced. he will prolly become a chancre upon our society by one means or another, when it is all said and done.

there is only one rule that prohibits this all too common kind of pinpoint degradation of America. it's called "rule 303".

in any case, the OP should not entertain communication by phone, since he has abandoned after a pattern of abuse. if he makes unwanted calls, or has other people make unwanted calls, the OP should involve police and pursue "harrasment by communication" charges if he persists. the local phone company will put a marker on her phone noting such calls, which may be used as evidence in summary judgement of the offense, which is punishable by up to $500 fine and 90 days in jail, in penna. prolly similar process and penalties in all 50 states.

OKay.. I think even I am confused.

As far as I know... He only came in under a k-3 Visa which gives him 2 year permission to stay in the country under my name/ marriage before he adjusts status. The AOS got denied due to improper filing (aka canceled checks.. and the Dept of homeland security said that even thought the application got denied I still owed them the full amount). He even got his work permit papers denied because the AOS got denied.

Even when he was on the phone with me this time he said that he has been making good money for not having a work permit.

Now, I dont know if he could do anything without me knowing. He did NOT get sponsorship under me.. He couldn't even fake it cause I didnt make enough ANYWAYS.

SO i dont know.

How do I make a misinformation appointment???

I also am working on a trying to get a pro bono immigration lawyer to help me with some questions... and try to have his case flagged.

Does anybody know... IF i divorce him and he then has 30 days to leave the country... Can he marry again within those 30 days??? and try to start papers all over again??

As far as I know... they dont have a current address for him. And I have not received any other mail from the government here.

AND the phone company was NO help... I had a cell phone. The cell phone company said that they can only put a block on a number if it was a land line... SO since I had a cell I had to change my number forty freak'n dollars!!! I remember a while back with T-Mobile it was 10 bucks!!!
