it all depends on what you have applied for. can you please tell us a bit about your application? also let us know when and where you filed your application(s) and when you got the approval.

Since you posted your question in the K3 General Discussion I assume you filed a K3. Check the K3 Flow Chart for an overview of the entire process. :thumbs:

I-130 was approved 10/07 at CSC.

so what visa do you want to end up with? K-3 or IR1/CR1

so what visa do you want to end up with? K-3 or IR1/CR1

Our CR1 was approved first but we waited for the K3. We are persuing the K3.
