It figures, CA and FL were the hardest hit, way overpriced to start with, sister purchased a second home in FL about eight year ago, was bragging that it's value more than doubled, well sell it I said. But the floor in her brand new home then got a little damp in the hurricane last year, it was two feet under water. Same with CA with earthquakes, not only extremely over priced, ut uninsurable as well. Heck, the feds will help you out.

Must be a terrible shopper, do consider the value of the land when shopping, but also look at that piece of ####### on top of it. Plastic siding, windows, plumbing, wiring, woodwork, and sawdust is what I see, and if a bit older, fogged double or tipple paned windows that you have but no choice to replace. Was laughed at, at some of the offers I made, and told someone will come along and pay the asking price. That someone else is the problem, don't even know what they are buying and apparently, can't even afford it.

Ha, made the comment more than once, nobody is born that stupid, has to be especially trained to be that stupid. But have to blame our educational system for that, have to blame somebody, always have to blame somebody, that is the way our society has become.

See my area is in the white, no wonder why I can't find any good buys, looking in the wrong place. Wonder if that stupidity is wearing off on me?
