Oh, but it's fun pushing people's 'buttons'. I think that is Kaydee's life

I just love the idea that 'libruls' have to be so passive they aren't allowed to express themselves with any degree of passion - like that's somehow hypocritical. Some extreme pundits may have these people programed to believe this, but it doesn't make it true :)

It's not!? I thought we all sat around smoking dope while all around us the terrorists close in - and the conservatives are the only ones who can "see the danger"?

Must just be stereotypical old me.

I guess I'm surprised to see Kaydee post this so soon after he posted that video of Bill O'Reilly screaming at Barney Frank and said "Good for him for shouting down that liberal a$$hole!"

Yep, when it's one on one and the librul refuses to be truthful then it's necessary to torpedo them.........:thumbs:

Unfortunately, libruls are rabid and condecending even when unprovoked as the case in the original posting....

Again, I apologize that you and your ilk have such loathing bestowed on you but as you can see it's well deserved.

I think the only rabid person here is you. You are, after all, the only one who posts these sorts of articles and seems to hold stereotypes as gospel truth.

Can anyone here define precisely what a liberal or a conservative is? Those terms are thrown around very loosely.

In politics, a conservative is one that prefers to stick with traditional values, give me that old time religion, whereas a liberal would find fault in the present system and attempt to make improvements such as the US Constitution recommends. Abolishing slavery is a good idea of a liberal movement.

In the home a liberal parent would let his kid get away with anything short of murder, a conservative or overly conservative parent would know what that kid is doing every second of the day.

In spending, a conservative person would hang unto to something, repair, fix, or restore it, a very liberal person would toss it away and buy a new one.

Traditionally republicans are suppose to be conservative, sure can't give them credit in that respect when it comes to spending. Surprised Roe versus Wade is not coming back, they love to talk about that, but haven't done a thing about it in the last 36 years, sticking with the old rules is conservatism. But they have been like a conservative parent to the rest of us.

Democrats have been a bit more conservative in spending, but can say much for them either in blocking our own natural resources and that Gore with that ridiculous global warming thing, we just went through one of the coldest winters in our recorded history.

One thing both parties do have in common, is selling our country to foreign nations, and this is what is really killing us.

Actually this is becoming an issue in America. Not to my surprise, the same clowns that tend to do the exact same thing here in OT are brushing this off. This country was founded on freedom to express political views. Yes the actual definition of the first amendment. Yet there is a growing trend by those with left wing views in trying to silence anyone with opposing views. Yes, this is another one of those apparently "isolated incidents".

We had political disagreements back home but we never silenced or thought we were better and smarter than those with differing views. Definitely not the case here.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

You must be new to America.

Freedom of speech goes two ways.

You have the right to express an opinion.

One has the right to express their opinion on your opinion.

Any questions?

Thanks for the memo, as I did not know this.

Hatred is generally not acceptable in other civilized nations. As is not trying to suppress or belittle others with differing views.

But this is your only argument in EVERY single thread. You don't post views, you post that everyone with different views get silenced, or attacked or whatever.

There's nothing wrong with different views, and I don't think it's that hard to be respectful when you express them.
