Congratulations on your approval Phillip.

You just need to call NVC every day and talk to a live representative, give them your EAC number and ask if it has been received and assigned a National Visa Center case number. Do not pay any attention to the automated system. Most of the time it doesn't work. I already paid the AOS and IV fee and the system still says it has no record of my petition! Just ignore the AVR and talk to a live rep.

You can call any time you want and as many times as you want, at least that's what I did for my own piece of mind. Since you're filing for a CR1 visa, you'll know when the NVC has it as soon as you enter your receipt # from your NOA and they give you the case #. This can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks.
