DS 157 PROBLEM..

Hello VJ family, i have questions to all of you and I will appreciate if you could help me filing up DS 157. I'm little bit confuse here.

Question # 9 --- List all countries you have entered in the last 10 years? ( Give the year of each visit)

--- I never been into other countries only in the Philippines. So I answer Philippines 1998-2008. Is that

correct???

Question #17--- everytime i type date of attendance, it showed invalid format. Can i write by had on the date of attenndance?

correct??? I BELIEVE NO BECAUSE PHILIPPINES IS YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. THE QUESTION PERTAINS TO COUNTRIES YOU ENTERED OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES.JUST TYPE NA

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

On question # 9...Just put PHILIPPINES only

Question # 17.....Just make additional sheet of paper so u can put ur answer and staple it with the form ...just put "see attachment"

10/17/2011 - Approval Notice received - dated 10/06/2011

11/04/2011 - 10yrs green card received

stuff that i cannot write or wont allow me to write in the blanks, i just put my hand written on it especially the dates

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

Question: The DS 157 is the form which comes from the bank... right? so, why do need fill out thru computer? Unless, USEM requires another DS 157 which to be downloaded from the website... need clarifications with this... Thanks!

Hi, we need 2 copies, 1 from the bank and 1 from the website. Take care and God bless.

Yes, you can photocopy the ds-157 form which was given and validated by the bank, so you will have two copies with validation and no need to print out from the website. You can hand write your answers on both sheets...
