we don't hear from nvc

Hello everybody, i just want to ask about the info of the processing of the k1 visa...

my fiancee file :

may 09,2008-sent the 129f petition

may15,2008 -receipt receive from ucis

september 12,2008- petition was approved

until this time we don't hear anything our papers...my fiancee called the nvc ,they said they don't process yet our papers...how long we need to wait the papers going to sent in the US EMBASSY...? It is almost 1 month from now our since our petition was approved and we don't receive any news from nvc...ohh my gosh....

guys !!!give me more info about our problem and how long we need to wait....

The important point is whether NVC got the I-129F forwarded from USCIS. Did they receive them yet? They can't forward them to the embassy until they have received them from USCIS.

Sept.12 and no news yet?

Tell ur fiancee to call USCIS and ask why ur papers is not at NVC yet.It suppose to be at USEM already 2weeks after u got ur NOA2.

Then ur fiancee has to do follow-up with NVC to get ur MNL case number so u can start paying your Document verification.

Update as soon and please put ur timeline in ur signature too so we can see it here.

04/25/2012 - sent N-400 package to USCIS Dallas

04/28/2012 - package delivered at USCIS Dallas

I-751 Removal of Condition

03/22/2011 - sent I-751 package to USCIS Vermont via USPS Priority+Certified mail with Return receipt

03/24/2011 - package delivered at VSC according to USPS tracking

03/25/2011 - package received by Center Director according to Return receipt

04/04/2011 - NOA received - dated 03/25/2011

04/11/2011 - Biometrics Appointment Notice received -notice date 04/08/2011

04/28/2011 - Biometrics Appointment - Done!

10/14/2011 - Card Production Email

10/17/2011 - Approval Notice received - dated 10/06/2011

11/04/2011 - 10yrs green card received

it really bad,I get frustrated and upset about our papers....i have friend we have same case of mine,she have now the letter from Embassy that was last week of september...ggggggeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ,its really bad...

hello,!!!! thank you for spending time to reply my post..i appreciate it...i really feel bad about our situation...i am really upset about it...gggggggggggeeeeeeeeeee im upset also to my fiancee ,he don't follow up our papers....
