NBI address is her old address at her brothers house. Does she need to change it to her current address in Pampanga?

also... DS_156 Question 14. Would that be her NBI ID Number?

Thank You!!!

I am really not sure if she needs to. as long as her NBI is not yet 1 year old, it's still valid.

NBI clearance is good for a year but lots of peeps do a update about a month or so before the interview. Only cost a little and doesn't take long.

No National ID numbers in the Philippines. Put NONE in 14.

In applying or renewing NBI clearance, they usually ask if that is still the current address, name etc... and if not, they will ask the applicant to write down the new address/name and that will be the one that will appear on the new NBI Clearance that they will release. So this is actually not an issue, very easy to do when she goes there to get a new one before her interview. Good Luck and God Bless.
