I'm hopping we get it today in the mail :star:

I`m back and with a great news!!!! My EAD has been ordered!!!! Finally!!!!! :star: Infopass rocks! :thumbs::P I`m soooooooooo happy!!!!! That`s me now (no joke!)-> :dance::dance::dance:

Steph0814 lets race ! heheheh ;) (I`m stocking my mailman now .... :goofy: )

Yasi, I`m sure you will get it any day now!!! Great!!!! :dance:

3/24/11 Received 10 year Green Card in the mail - Done. Feels good :-) 'till we do this again for US Citizenship.

12/5/11 mailed packet for Naturalization

12/9/11 was received by USCIS.

4/6/12 received letter for fingerprint appn.

4/23/12 9am fingerprint appointment - done :-)

4/30/12 Recieved Letter for Interview - Sche. 5/31

5/31/12 Interview & Testing

5/31/12 Testing Approved - Waiting for next step

6/21/12 Rcvd email, placed application in the oath sched. que :-)

6/25/12 Rcvd letter - Oath Ceremony is on 7/11/12 @ 9:15am :-)

I hope you will!!! :thumbs: I won`t hope for it to be in my mail today because it`s too early for me (since my EAD has just been ordered). Also...uhm... :blush: I already saw my mailman today B) ... How funny is that ?( or strange to my mailman :blink: )-> when I know things I`m waiting for are coming, I SEE my mailman in person... well, i mean every time I can :whistle: (I`m sure that`s more than enough :goofy: hehehehe )

06/11/08: AOS/EAD/I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

06/17/08: Package delivered in Chicago

06/18/08: Check cashed

06/21/08: Rec'd NOA's (Receipt notice date: 06/17/08)

07/01/08: Rec'd Biometrics appoinment letter

07/15/08: Biometrics appoinment @ 2:00 PM-Completed

08/27/08: RFE letter (I-485)

09/08/08: sending RFE letter with missing documents back to USCIS

09/11/08: letter delivered

10/27/08 Infopass appointment for my EAD (should receive it in 2-3 weeks... we will see)

10/31/08 EAD card production has been ordered!!! (I-765 finally online)

10/03/08 received EAD card in mail

11/07/08 IL in mail

12/09/08 Interview ; approved!

Hi, Congratulations to you!. I know exactly what you were going through!. We applied for AOS, EAD, AP, early July and

got an RFE on Sept 11 on the I485. We responded 2 weeks later and, since then the I485 has been touched on two

occasions but, still nothing on the EAD oe AP since early August 08.

I wonder HOW MUCH LONGER :crying: this is gonna take!!! :angry:

Current Status: DOCUMENT OTHER THAN CARD OR TRAVEL DOCUMENT MAILED TO APPLICANT

On Nov 3, 2008, your document I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was processed and mailed to the address on record.

Does anyone know what this means? I'm mostly confused about "document other than card mailed to applicant". I have not received the mail.

Hi Brian,

I wouldn`t worry yet. Wait and see what they send you. In my opinion it looks like EAD has been mailed to you and you should get it soon! That`s a good news. :thumbs: The rest you will find out once you get the letter! Head up and think positively! :star: It will be fine! :star:
