Ohh I hear you all the waiting is unreal, I have mine in the Office since August 15th, and nothing yet, I have had my bio apptments for EAD and for AOS..but nothing as of yet..can I join the waiting game with ya.

OK. MAILED ON AUGUST 13TH.2008 THE FOLLOWING.

I-130--PETITION FOR ALIEN RELATIVE

I-485--APPLICATION TO ADJUST PERMENANT RESIDENCE

MEDICAL EXAM/PASSED IT WITH FLYING COLORS

G-325A X2 GEOGRAPHIC/FORMS

I-765--EMPLOYMENT

THEY RECEIVED IN ON AUGUST 15TH,2008 ALL OF THE ABOVE LISTED

AND SO FAR THIS IS WHAT I HAVE RECEIVED BACK FROM THEM

NOA-NOTICE DATE AUGUST 20 FOR I-131 CASE IS AT NSC

NOA-NOTICE DATE AUGUST 19 FOR 1-765 CASE IS AT NSC

Thank you Kittykat... I just checked status on-line and it stated his EAD card was ordered today 10/22/08... hopefully it be in the mail soon. :star:

I`m happy your infopass went so good! :dance: If I won`t get my EAD in next 3 weeks, I`m going for one too! Hopefully, there will be no need to do so-> hmm...I wonder if that means that I keep my faith and stay positive or maybe that I`m naive at that point?! :whistle:;) Time will show! :star:

I got another e-mail from the ombudsman."I am sorry to hear that you have not received a response yet. I understand your frustration and I will forward your case to the Customer Assistance Office at USCIS. You should receive a response shortly "

Hopefully I can get something soon.

Smilegirl: thank you.. make the Infopass if you're 90 days have passed... We didn't get anything 'till we went to our infopass on Tuesday and yesterday I see that his EAD card was ordered... good luck.

3/24/11 Received 10 year Green Card in the mail - Done. Feels good :-) 'till we do this again for US Citizenship.

12/5/11 mailed packet for Naturalization

12/9/11 was received by USCIS.

4/6/12 received letter for fingerprint appn.

4/23/12 9am fingerprint appointment - done :-)

4/30/12 Recieved Letter for Interview - Sche. 5/31

5/31/12 Interview & Testing

5/31/12 Testing Approved - Waiting for next step

6/21/12 Rcvd email, placed application in the oath sched. que :-)

6/25/12 Rcvd letter - Oath Ceremony is on 7/11/12 @ 9:15am :-)

I was able to do that on the phone. Well, now I have to wait.

When did you go to infopass?

Ok, so I had an Infopass.

Lady in first window was nice and quick. Asked me about the reason of my visit (EAD!! :bonk: ), my I-765 NOA1 , zip code, then asked me to go to a next window. Lady sitting in there was taking -as my hubby said- beauty nap... :jest: and no , I`m not kidding! So I just looked at Him and smiled (but soooo wanted to go BOO! :devil: ) heheheh (yeap, I know, I know, not before I get my EAD, right???!!!! :P ). She asked me to fill up I-765 application again. After that they went to check what was going on with my EAD. After 10 min another lady (very nice and awake one! :thumbs:) called my name and told us that we have to wait 30-60 days or more for it to come. :girlwerewolf2xn: Of course I didn`t like that answer at all. This much I already knew from USCIS customers service. I didn`t want to leave and was about to ask for a supervisor, but my hubby started asking questions. She finally offered she will make a quick call to MSC and get back to us in a while- if we are willing to wait a little bit. Ooooo I was soooooooo willing to wait! Even till next morning just to get any idea when I can expect my EAD! :goofy: She came back to us and said we should get it in 2-3 weeks!!!! I truly hope so!!!! :yes:

Today I checked... 10/28/08 approvale notice was mailed to us... where is the card?

I don't get it... why at first they say the card was ordered... now they say approval notice was sent... this doesn't make sence to me.

3/24/11 Received 10 year Green Card in the mail - Done. Feels good :-) 'till we do this again for US Citizenship.

Approval Notice it's the card itself.

They are mailing it from KY, so you should have it in a couple of days.

I`m back and with a great news!!!! My EAD has been ordered!!!! Finally!!!!! :star: Infopass rocks! :thumbs::P I`m soooooooooo happy!!!!! That`s me now (no joke!)-> :dance::dance::dance:
