HY everyone Am I going to see the same C.O that denied us, when we return for our second interview or are we going to see a different C.O. Can you tell me about your experience when you got denied and you had to return to the consulate later in the year again. ok this is what im taking as proof of our relationship. is it enough. 215 photos of just me and her differnt places and differnt clothes, 500 pages of txt and phone calls, 20 email pages, 10 moneygram moneytransffer receipts, receipts of rings and jewerly I bought her, letters we sent to each other with envelopes, receipts of gifts I bought her, Post Office receipts of packages I sent her, Msn Messenger chat transcripts, the first time I went to the interview I only took 8 photos, two bills and one email letter and a letter that he sent me without the envelope. I nam not sure about seeing the same CO- you most likely will see whoever is available, which could be the same or another guy.

On evidence; if you didn't include it before, be sure to bring travel/ hotel reciepts. Affidavits from friends ans family who know you and have seen you together might be good; I'd also include more photos with other people, especially family members.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

she sayd she only wants to see photos of me and her. and what about her family and friends who were in teh wedding, what do I do about them?

In my case i been trough several interviews after they got the final decision, its a different CO who give the formality information if your denied, i bought a lot more evidence but there not goingt to entertain anymore if you already got the denial/refusal letter...

EAD APPLICATION:

2009-01-10 ----- E-filed EAD Application

2009-01-20 ------NOA1 Receipt Notice

2009-01-22 ------Biometrics appointment recieved by mail

2009-02-11-------Biometrics Date (done smoothly)

2009-4-15 -------- EAD Approved

2009-4-24 -------- EAD Received by mail ( yyyeeeeessssss)
