WG you are entitled to your opinion as we are ours....I dont know how many comrades you will find here in Sub Saharan in regards to your political preference....BUT if you go out to OT there are PLENTY of Obama bashers out there....

Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion!!! I don't wish to bash anyone. I only raise questions and make comments that hold true to me, I don't attack people because they believe someone they identify with and respect would do well in office.

So why is it that I won't find comrades here? Are you suggesting because the majority of people from Sub Saharan are black that they automatically will vote for Obama? And that if they are in other areas of the forum they typically aren't black so they will vote McCain? That seems a bit racist to me.

MMM tread lightly with the comments, mine had nothing to do with race, simply that many of us in here are Obama supporters. Really you are reading way too much into comments, many made in jest.

OK, maybe am reading more into things. I just know of people who are voting (both ways) soley based on skin color.

I asked earlier and no one cared to answer:

What will you do when McCain/Palin win this election?

Here's another:

Since we know that voter registrations have soared since the nominations, it's VERY possible that the popular vote will not reflect the electoral vote. The REAL time to vote was at the caucases and primaries, the popular vote for president is really NOTHING in November. SO, my question is extended, what will you do when McCain/Palin are voted into office by the electoral votes and but the popular vote is for Obama/Biden?

I did answer your question go look...

I just went back and looked at the other thread, and actually you didn't answer my question what you said was "It's not going to happen". That's not really answering the question, that's denial of that question is valid and deserves response.

You can demand a response all you want....but its not going to happen

I am not demanding. Answer me or don't answer me, that's fine, but you said you did answer me when you just avoided.

May I ask what is so intimidating about my question you don't feel you can answer it?

Darling Palin lover, can you just take it easy?? You are getting way to heated over this, you love Palin, we dont end of story. You are letting stangers on the internet stress you out.

I am not going to have an arguement with you over something we obviously disagree about. So if by refusing to argue with you is avoiding then yes I am. Life is too short to argue with strangers on the internet. I said it before lets agree to disagree.

No hard feelings

I am not overheated at all, no stress. Don't appreciate being called a troll because I my opinion doesn't line up with anothers, but I'm not stressed over silly name calling.

I don't wish to argue at all, debates are not arguements. I asked a simple question. If you can't or won't answer it fine.

Isn't it best though, to think through all possible outcomes and scenarios so you are prepared? Isn't it better to be proactive instead of reactive? We are joined here on this forum because we are all involved in a similiar process. I don't know about you, but for myself I always prepare myself for things to not go as planned - a denial instead of an approval for example. That way IF it comes to that I know what to do and have a plan of action, I don't have a "deer in the headlights" attitude and run off half cocked with emotion. I know for myself, I don't do well when operating on pure emotion, I must act logically to get to where I need to be.

Someone else here, sorry can't remember who it was, outlined a great answer to my question. S/he has in mind their plan of action if the vote doesn't go the way s/he hoped.

Stevi, can we add the word 'cronies' to that list, please?? That word has officially been played out.

Wow, you took it waaay too seriously there. Who said anything people voting for Obama because he is black? You calling someone racist sounds like the pot calling the kettle black.

She is saying that because those of us who happen to be vocal in the subbies forum are Obama fans, at least those of us who have made our preferences known so far. There was a conversation a while back in the cyber cafe about LL going to an Obama rally and we were all like "no fair!".

It has nothing to do with race.

  NOTHING TO DO WITH RACE. As UNO stated, a large amount of the posters in this Sub-Saharan forum actually happen to be white.

I realize it wasn't you who called me a troll, it was another who made reference to a troll and I asked if they were referring to me. I was just letting you know that I am not overheated or stressed over internet strangers. If you assumed I thought it was you who called me a troll I apologize.

Again, I just asked a simple question, one that was posed to me. I asked because I honestly DO like to hear peoples different views, that is how I grow as a person. If I can't look at a situation or circumstance from all different perspective and angles then I am selling myself short and being narrow minded.

Whidbey, Some of us do understand where your coming from. Certain clicks

on this thread tend to team up on others. I'm a Obama supporter and the fact

that you lean towards another will not lead me to clown you. I agree that by

chatting about things brings about a different perspective possibly. We are

not all the same and won't all think the same, that's cool, nothing to sweat.

The mere fact of people here disagreeing does not mean they are cliques. There just happens to be a majority of Obama supporters here tonight exchanging tongue in cheek remarks. Some have been passionate and some did not like the insinuation of voting for Obama out of racial motive.

I enjoy a good debate too with different perspectives. But the reference to " cliques teaming up " is in my opinion stirring the pot.
