WG you are entitled to your opinion as we are ours....I dont know how many comrades you will find here in Sub Saharan in regards to your political preference....BUT if you go out to OT there are PLENTY of Obama bashers out there....

Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion!!! I don't wish to bash anyone. I only raise questions and make comments that hold true to me, I don't attack people because they believe someone they identify with and respect would do well in office.

So why is it that I won't find comrades here? Are you suggesting because the majority of people from Sub Saharan are black that they automatically will vote for Obama? And that if they are in other areas of the forum they typically aren't black so they will vote McCain? That seems a bit racist to me.

MMM tread lightly with the comments, mine had nothing to do with race, simply that many of us in here are Obama supporters. Really you are reading way too much into comments, many made in jest.

OK, maybe am reading more into things. I just know of people who are voting (both ways) soley based on skin color.

I asked earlier and no one cared to answer:

What will you do when McCain/Palin win this election?

Here's another:

Since we know that voter registrations have soared since the nominations, it's VERY possible that the popular vote will not reflect the electoral vote. The REAL time to vote was at the caucases and primaries, the popular vote for president is really NOTHING in November. SO, my question is extended, what will you do when McCain/Palin are voted into office by the electoral votes and but the popular vote is for Obama/Biden?

Well, it already happened 8 YEARS AGO (popular vs. electoral votes). And the answer is self-explanatory. We will be in deeper SH*T than we are in now.

OH NO :o does McCain hav a brother in Florida too??? ;)

 umm, most of sub saharan members are not black, their SO are.

and most of those you are responding to are most definitely not black

:thumbs::thumbs: thank you my sista ;)

I didn't see this question before: I am going to go about my daily life like I have before. I have more important things to worry about than who wins the election. I do my part by voting.

Honestly, I don't think that either candidate can do worse than what Bush has done, I just think that Obama would do a better job of trying to clean things up and there are so many other factors.

Are you referring to me? No I am not troll just because I have just as much passion for my candidate as you have for yours. There is nothing wrong with intellectually (without name calling) discussing ones views.

And how exactly do you suggest I don't take it personally to be called a TROLL? I've done nothing wrong except have a different opinion. I asked a valid question - which I answered myself honestly and sincerly when it was posed to me - and I get accused of flaming?

I realize I am new here, and I don't wish to be treated with "kid gloves" but I expect the same respect I give to others. I am someone who loves to debate, to bring up insightful questions, to get people to think. I am also someone, who enjoys sarcasm (being the mom of 4 teenage boys does that to ya :)) but I typically wait for that type of banter until I know the person I am using it with so I know they will take it in jest.
