On the I130 there is a space for the last address lived with our spouse. I have lived in Costa Rica with her for several years, however, I come here to MD for half of the year and as far as taxes are conserned I live in MD. She had just returned to C.R. after staying with me in the U.S. for 4 month's. I will be returning to C.R. for most of the winter to do some work and also spend some time together during the waiting process.

Me, taking things literrally, have filled out the MD address as that is technically the last place we have stayed togethert by the time I mail in the petition. Though I will be returning to our rental in C.R. very shortly after mailing the petition in.

Should I just put in the costa rica address in that block as that is where we have spent most time together? Even though I have a place of residence in the U.S.?

Or should I keep the U.S address in that space as that is the place we were last together at the time I mail this in?

On a similar note, on the 325A it asks for last place I have lived out of the country for more then a year. I have rented the same house for the past 3 years and have stayed there fore about 6 month's each year. Should I just keep the N/A that I curently typed in that space as I haven't spent a year staight there. Though most freinds no me as loving in Costa Rica as well as MD.

Thanks!

Hope this babble wasn't too confusing. :)
