Hi:

I want to bring my mom and her husband (my stepdad) to live in the US. Do I need to fill out one separate I-130 under his name (with his information) and one for my mom? In that case, when I'm filling out his form, in section A., I'm the petitioner and, hi is, what? There are no boxes for stepdads!!! Should I fill out only one form for my mom and send it twice (1 for him, 1 for her) and attach their correspondent forms G325A with the rest of the requested information for both of them? I'm confused with that.

Thanks for your help!!!

No, he didn't. He just married my mom and moved to live to our house. Does it matters?

Thanks for your reply.

An I-130 is required for each eligible benneficiary.

How old were you when he became your stepfather?

A stepparent or stepchild, if the marriage that created the relationship took place after the child's 18th birthday you are not eligible to petition for him.

YMMV

I thought it might but after checking around it looks like it doesn't matter.
