I am married to a US citizen and we both live here in the US. I have applyed for both the I-29F and the I-130. They were both approved at the same time. However, I'm wondering whether i shoud go for the I-29F or not, since I'm allready married. Should I still go for it??

Your post makes no sense. If you are living in the US legally, you don't need a visa. Visas are used to enter countries.

If you're here' legally, you needed to file the I-130 with an I-485 and adjust status.

What is your current status in the US?

If not legal now, under what status did you enter and when?
