Hi......sorry but Im confused....

I am a US Naturalized citizen who is married to a Non-US resident/citizen...she lives in Mexico and has never visited the US. I filed the I-130 (petition for spouse) what visa category does she fall in?? I have read the visa types and seems to be that none of them apply...my attorney advised we only filed the I-130 as I-129f is taking just about as much to process as this petition...please let me know if you have some info to share! what visa Category should I consider her case to be? k-3? CR-1?? Thanks!

CR1 is correct (if you only filed the I130)

Correct unless you've been married two years by the time the visa is issued. In that case it would be IR1.
