Hello VJ'ers. I need your smart opinion here. This is my friends case though and i wanted to help.

They migrated here about 6 years ago, her whole family. her, husband and two kids. and for some reason, her huband went back to the phils with their 2 kids and never come back, her hubby has an elderly mother to take care and so he went home along with their kids. My friend (the wife) stayed here in the US. and visit them every now and then. they all have a 10 year green card the first time they migrated here. and now my friend is a US citzen and applied I-130 to petition her family because her husband finally decided that he wants to come back here in the US. my questions:

1. husband and kids had their 10 year GC already, technically not expired bec that was issued just 6 years ago. are they going to issue the same alien # for them? and same SS?

2. her daughter is 21 years old next week. petition was submitted dec 07 though, will this be a problem?

thanks in advance everyone!
